Shotskies experience with electrical and Air Conditioning in Kingswood

Kingswood is one of the older, established parts of Penrith, near the hospital and the university, with a real mix of long-held family homes and rental properties. In older homes that often means aging switchboards and wiring worth checking, and for landlords it means keeping smoke alarms and safety switches up to standard between tenancies.

We’ll tell you plainly what needs doing and what doesn’t, whether it’s making an older home safe or getting air conditioning sized right for a hot Kingswood summer.

We’re based in Emu Plains, only about 10 minutes from Kingswood.
