Why Shotskies exists
Shotskies was built on a simple idea: do the work properly and stand behind it. We’d seen how a lot of the bigger outfits ran, a different apprentice every visit, a call centre that didn’t know your job, and a quote that quietly grew once the walls came off. We reckoned there was a better way to look after people’s homes.
Over ten years we’ve grown the best way there is, word of mouth, one honest job at a time, and we’re proud to sit on 44 five-star Google reviews from local families we’ve looked after. What began as electrical work grew into air conditioning and smart home automation as customers kept asking, so today the team covers all of it across Penrith and Western Sydney.
We won’t pretend we love the paperwork. But a tidy switchboard, a cool house on a 40-degree day, and a customer who knows exactly what they paid for and why? That’s a good day’s work.
