Alarms That Meet Current Standards
I install and replace hard-wired, interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms, so when one goes off, they all do. That extra warning time matters most at night, when a fire in one part of the house needs to wake everyone.
If you are renovating, selling or renting out a property, I can make sure the alarms meet current requirements. A good reminder is to test yours each time the clocks change for daylight saving.
